I need someone to help me carry this.” Life and business both have a way of stacking weight on your shoulders—emotional, mental, and physical—and sometimes, the most courageous thing you can do is pause long enough to be supported. A Mindful Support Session is that pause. Here, we slow the noise, name your presenting concerns, and peel back the layers to see what’s really at the heart of what you’re facing. Together, we create solutions and offer strategic guidance that not only help you address the immediate challenge, but also restore your sense of direction, your confidence, and your peace. You leave not just lighter, but stronger—equipped with a plan that feels aligned, doable, and deeply supportive. Because you don’t have to hold it all alone.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel please provide at least 24-hour notice for any rescheduling or cancellations of consulting sessions. Failure to provide this notice will result in a cancellation fee of $125. Sessions canceled without notice are forfeited. Escalating Cancellation Fee: If the Client incurs five or more cancellation fees within a 12-month period, the cancellation fee will increase to $250 for each subsequent cancellation that occurs without 24-hour notice.
